Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Essential Oils (opened or used containers)
  • Roll-On Bottles (once opened or used)
  • Dog Oils (for pet safety reasons)
  • Signature Blends (opened containers)
  • Single Oils (opened containers)
  • Carrier Oils (opened containers)

We can only accept returns on these items if they are unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and returned within the 15-day window.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer care team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely, include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping fees apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.
